Scalo Milano City Style

Dear all,
we are glad to present you Scalo Milano City Style, the new shopping district designed by Metrogramma Milano (Architectural Design and Art Direction) together with Cotefa.ingegneri&architetti and developed by Lonati Group and Promos Group.
Project Facts:
Total Area: 300.000 sqm
Total Commercial Area: 60.000 sqm
Total Commercial Units: 300 units
Completed Commercial Area at the Opening: 43.000 sqm
Scalo Milano is far from being just a mere commercial district:
1 Its design is contemporary and international. The design quality spreads from the smallest details to the wide public spaces, pulsating heart of the project: Scalo represents the first commercial format tailored on a contemporary city configuration.
2 The wide commercial offer, ranging from fashion to food and design, is enriched by several facilities, as it happens inside a fervid international city: art spaces, design schools, library (Feltrinelli) and restaurants promote social life inside the centre, easily accessable through public transport (Locate Triulzi Train Station).
3 The Design District, the most innovative commercial area of the complex, boasts the most prestigious design brands: Alessi, B&B Italia, Bialetti, Calligaris, Cappellini, Cassina, Corsini Night Experience, Dada, Kartell, Kartell Lights, La Casa dei Sogni by Caleffi (Trussardi Home – Cavalli Home Linen – Carrara – Mirabello), Liv’In De’Longhi Store (De’Longhi – Kenwood – Braun – Ariete), Luxury Living (Fendi Casa – Trussardi Casa – Heritage Collection), Molteni&C, Natuzzi Italia, Poliform, Poltrona Frau, Scavolini, Tempur, Tisettanta (Elam – Halifax, opening soon), Varenna e Vitra.
Scalo Milano, a new tile in contemporary Milanese architecture, represents, moreover, a collective, social experience: a real City Hub.

Gentili tutti,
Dati: 300.000 area totale comparto
